Algerian round, soft flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. Add all together and mix.
  2. Knead for a long time.
  3. Let it rest.
  4. Knead again.
  5. Shape and let it rest on a towel.
  6. Dust with flour to ensure it does not stick.
  7. Bake.
