Algerian round, soft flatbread.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tsp yeast
- salt
- water
Instructions
- Add all together and mix.
- Knead for a long time.
- Let it rest.
- Knead again.
- Shape and let it rest on a towel.
- Dust with flour to ensure it does not stick.
- Bake.
