Msemmen is a traditional Algerian pancake that is served with honey, jam, or butter. It is a popular breakfast dish in Algeria and is often enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fine semolina
- 1 cup of bread flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1¼ cups of water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the semolina, flour, and salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- Leave dough overnight to rest.
- Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.
- Dunk the balls in oil and flatten them with your hands, then fold the edges to form a square.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the msemmen on both sides until golden brown.
